Need Help Fixing Lights

i have a 1995 ford explorer xlt. and i was messing around with the radio there was a spark and now my lights that display the licence plate, the lights for the speedometer, and my tail lights are out. i have indiglo lights for the sdash so thats not so imp but the other two i need working. especially being i found out the lights were out when i got pulled over the other night. i assumed it was just a fuse blown and it would be ok, so far i wasnt able to find any blown fuses when i checked the fuse box inside the car and under the hood, i dont know if im looking in the right place or if that is what will fix it. can someone tell me where the fuse is and or if that doesent work what else it could be. i have checked the lights so the bulbs are all good

I think youre looking at the right place already..

check the fuse panel inside again and this time use a flashlight to shine thru the fuses one by one.. thats how i find blown ones.. ford was kind enough not to label them sufficiently..

Goodluck!
