Need help with hose routing on throttle body 4.6 Mountaineer

I am getting the final touches put on my 4.6 to 5.4 swap before dropping the new engine back in the Mountaineer. I am reusing the 4.6 throttle body and need to know where a few of the hoses are supposed to go (been so long I forgot). The ports that don't have a hose on them are the areas that I need to figure out...

Hopefully you can see the three ports that I am talking about, one in the rear, one on top, and one in the front (black). Lets say the rear connection is #1, the top is #2, and the small black connection in the front is #3... Where do 1,2, and 3 connect?

I would think this connects to the throttle body area... but I don't know???
