I have a 2000 Explorer XLT. I'm having trouble taking out the foglight bulbs and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I followed the instructions, but the thing just won't budge. In the owner's manual, it says to turn something counterclockwise, pull it out, and remove the bulb. I'm pretty sure I was turning the right thing (LOL). After I tried it out, I got my friend to see if he could get it out and he couldn't either. What am I doing wrong? Am I turning the wrong thing? Maybe someone can draw me a diagram??? Thanks for your help.
