Hi all, I'm restoring a 98 Subaru legacy gt. One of the things in trying to fix are its slow moving power windows. Its not any one window, its like they all move at the same exact snail like speed. I tried the Subaru forums, but I trust the dependable members at the EF. Anyone know where I should start my troubleshooting?
