Need help with turn signal flasher

My turn signals just blink 3 times and then quit. I think I need a flasher but I can't find it. Can anyone help? 2003 sport trac

in the center of the dash just to the right of the gas pedal black relay box, I think they call it a smart junction box. Take the cover off its in there.

Thanks for reply. I looked there and then checked my owners manual for fuse placement in the black box and no turn signal flashers were referenced. I'm frustrated. Know one seems to know where the turn signal flasher is located on a 2003 sport trac.
