need info to buy new wheels

Ok, so I have been searching the site for a while now and have gotten some good info but I'm looking for specific info. So I have a 91 x with no lift and 31x10.5 in tires on stock 15x7 rims. I am going to buy some new wheels soon and wanted to know what width i should go with (15x7 or 15x8)? I do plan on going to a wider tire like a 12.50 eventually. So what's the bolt pattern? 5x? I've read 114mm but what is that in inches (5x5.5?) What backspacing should I go with? I was thinking 3.75. Ok so I have a lot of questions, sorry. I just dont want to buy the wrong size wheel. If you are not looking for new rims; I'm not sure of many other makes/models but Bronco II rims and Jeep Cherokee rims will fit your Ex. Keep your eyes open for sales on Craigslist and check out any local junkyards and pick-a-part/pull-n-save etc.
