Need Rear Stock Sub Cover/Cargo Net Removed

my mountaineer has a stock 8" sub in the back passenger panel

i dont need it since i have two alpine type r 12's and an after market stereo (which disables the 8" stock sub anyway)

how do i get that panel off so i can see what my options for mounting my amp in there are....i tried once but the panel started to crack by where the clip is

possibly...i plan on keeping the vehicle...so there should be no need to keep it
its not the JBL set up..but its an 8" with a sealed plastic box and an amp mounted directly on it.....and i can get you the plug for the amp also if i do sell it

i do not have the bolts to hold it in place...they are used on my new amp rack
