Well guys, im starting to get pissed of at the ol X and dont know what to do anymore. Ive got the lifts on..

and im happy with the size of it. I need new tires and i really need an alignment, which i honestly dont have the moeny for. Also i need some new gears and a locker, which again i dont have the moeny for. My biggest thing so far is the hubs. Where i cant get the alignment, casue of hte lack of money, my hubs keep gonig out nd i keep having to get new ones. I am paying $40 for each hub and ive now bought 2 for each side. I know i know, stop buying hubs and used the moeny for the alignment, but this is my daily driver and if it dosent run i dont work. I dont make much money as it is and its jsut really starting to get to me. Ive been thinking about taking the spuerlift off and jsut keep the bl, aal, shackels, and tt, like i had it to begin with here...

but then that means i loose that extra lift that i so love. At the same time im thinknig to lower it some im thinknig about selling it and gettin an 90's f250. I jsut need some adivce or maybe a lil push to get it done lol.....what is yalls opinion. As it is i need close to $1000 for hte tires, alignment, gears, and lockers.....wo is me

get an alignment, i have a shop in my town that dose them for around 60-70 bucks if you don't need any parts. i think that would be money well spent. or you could sell your used lift kit and pay for an alignment.

the thing i have learned with mine is that i have to stop wheelin for a bit to fix it. i would try to upgrade the hubs next time

is there a upgrade for auto hubs?

i konw there is for the 91-94s they are great there should be some for those

I think there is a foreign company out of South America somewhere that makes manual hubs for your Explorer. Check E-bay and do a search and you may be able to find what you're looking for.

If you really need tires, I would just settle on some 33's. You can usually find them used, cheap, and in good condition. 35's are harder to find on the cheap and are also harder on your drivetrain.

Just MHO....good luck.
