Need some assistance

I have a 2003 Sports Trac, my truck turned off on me and it hasn't been able to turn on since. I've checked the Fuel pump but its pumping as i try to start it I've checked the inertia switch and it looks fine I thought it might be the Starter took it off had it tested but that was fine. I've checked the fuses and the relays the fuses look fine but I'm not sure how to check the relay. Any other suggestions

ok if you have fuel and crank then the next issue i would check is spark. usually when a ingnition coil goes out the vehicle wont spark at all.

No spark what can cause this?
