Neutral switch 1995 explorer

Has anyone had a problem with there neutral switch that they replaced did not last a long time? My replacement only lasted 3 year and now its acting up again.

Manual Lever Position Switch - First get under there with a GOOD lite & mirror & check the MLPS alignment - Secondly there was a big time moisture problem with the early 4r70w MLPS Switch Connectors - The best replacement MLPS's come with an improved Connector kit along with the new switch.
