new 2010 explorer limited

While driving freeway speed, a little swerving caused a brand new 2010 Ford Explorer-Limited, to lose control and start wobbling widely for many seconds until it regained balance. They were unnerving few seconds. Did that happen to any of you? Any thoughts as to why it happened? Is it something expected from the SUV and the Roll Stability System?

Welcome to this forum! How is the alignment? Is the TPMS displaying the proper amount of tire pressure for each wheel?

The SUV is brand new with only 4 thousand miles on it. Apparently the ESC system took over to try to stabilize the vehicle, but the situation did not warrant that...thus the mystery.
