Well yes, I have not had it on for over a year now with no problems. (I know I will get a ticket on the way home, since I said that) But I have it under the floormat and the new front bumper does not have any holes for the holder now anyway. So that is CL! I will contiune to risk it and if I get a ticket I think it is like $28 anyway, oh well.

Just put the plate ont he dash in the front window. Lot's of people around here do that.

btw, Bloomberg has come up with something new: no license plate frame that covers the "new york" and "the empire state" wording. You get caught- $75 ticket.
