new bearings need help soon!

how do i get the races out of my roter?????????????

but theres nothing wrong with the roter and i dont want to get a new one. i read on here that you should allways put in new races with new bearings

You have to tap them out and then use bearing/bushing driver to install new ones.

A good sizeed flat tip punch to drive them out and then you can use the old race to sit on the new one to carefully drive it in. Putting the new races in the freezer for a few hours will shink them a bit and they go in easier.
