SO my 98 explorer has been having issues with the blend door actuator. I saw that the actuator motor was not moving so I bought a new actuator motor assembly and installed it. No change. The blend door motor is not moving at all. This tells me it has to be something wrong with the actual A/C control unit or a fuse or relay of some sort in the wiring going to the blend door motor. Any suggestions on what I should check next?

what should you do next?.... buy a meter and measure things... 
similar posts have been posted... don't know if they resolved things but check for voltage at the motor... it goes there "direct" and NOT thru your controller.... the ground is switch by the controller to cause the actuator to work.
