I used rear bump stops from a '97 GMC Sonoma. I cut them to a total of 4 1/2" long but could have left them full length. I flexed it today and have a big negative arch to the springs. Leaving them full length would have been perfect. I didn't account for the amount of squeeze they'd absorb.
