new cd player

put a new cd player in my wifes truck and now the parking lights come on as soon as you start the truck?? What did I do wrong?

I have the same setup in my 91 eddie and it works fine.
The new one is wired the same but the problem remains.
The username has nothing to do with it.

Dude relax, it was meant to be funny. I just thought nugget = pot/buds and 420 = partaking in the greens. I am obviously wrong about the nickname. Sorry.

I am just really frustrated with this whole wiring problem. I am a need to know person.
I', looking for why from a 91 to a 94 was there a wiring change or did some previous owner change some wiring I should be looking for. I would hate to burn up my wifes truck.....I don't think she would be happy with that either.

By the way I can take the rip just add in a little help with it next time thats all.
Not trying to be a hard ass, just need some direction.
