really...care to expand...you just don't like anything to do with weed....what if the shop is proven to do good work and has many REAL trophies...and good street credibility? And many customers that will swear it is good service....

It is not neccesarily the weed, it is just in the name and the stereotype that goes along with the type of people that use it. Notice I said stereotype, there are some good normal people that use it so I am not gonna start some damn debate here about the evils of it. I woudl just not drop my car off somewhere that had references of it in their name, plain and simple. I think most people that really know how valuable their money is will think the same thing...sorry.

I agree. I'm hip, young, and party like non-other. If somebody is going to be responsible for ripping into my dash and wiring however, they better be professional as hell. I'm talking no ebonics, no baggy pants, and no slang. It's a business, and when it comes to business there are only two factors in purchasing: Price and Quality. Any kid that has money to spend is going to know the value of a dollar, and find the best balance of the above. Marketing only does so much, and honestly a stereo shop doesn't make the revenue necessary to brainwash young people.

By the way, how old are you? How do you plan to raise the capital to stock your shop? Are you going to have a storefront type business, or just use a garage?

Hope you don't spend all the profits on that swank north east KB!

lol very understandable on the whole name bit and thanks for the insite...no debate needed just wanted to hear what you had to say....

I'm 18 and there is nostorefront as of right now...
As for stock you grow...order something you know will sell and flip the profits to order more items....

I don't use them much but neons are big sellers around here so they are most likely first on my list for some quick money makers....i have wholesalers all set up and what not so im not to worried about getting product...i have a real good reference to them so they are real cooperative and trust my insite somewhat more than the normal first timer.....

I have a good paying job right now also...so really age has nothing to do with it....

Edit: I don't smoke weed...anymore....i am really against it right now because i feel concentration towards business and my job is very important to go where my goals are set at the moment....so no i won't be wasting that money

Just a suggestion---not sure if you're aware, but there is another place in NJ, with several locations, called "Tronix" car audio. Not sure if it makes a diff to you or not...just don't want to see your style get cramped and/or customers get confused.

It's kinda overdone, you just hear "kronic-this" or "Chronic-that" It gets old.
