Just picked up a 2005 Limited V8 w/139k on the clock.

We had an 05 Eddie Bauer back in the day, And loved it so were back.

First question how do you test the high horn? Dealer says mine does not work.

Thanks

Just in front of the wheel wells. Behind the front turn signals. Get to it by taking the wheel well shield down. Test by applying power.

Thank you for the response.

I guess I don't understand, I can push each side of the steering wheel and the horn works.

The power goes to both at the same time. The two together produce the note. I don't believe it matters what side of the steering wheel you press the button.
So when you press either sides button, only one horn is working.

Thank you for dumbing it down for me, Seems a simple enough fix.

Once you've tested my theory, let us know what you find. Though, if you don't mind the way the horn sounds now, you could just leave it.
