An update on progress with Sporty.
New Old Stock Black Explorer Ironman Grille and Smoked Headlights. I am debating changing the fog lights right now.
New Polyurethane Rear Sway Bar Links.
New Windshield
New Radiator
Next ... New Metal Thermostat Housing. Just got that today. Now that the radiator can hit full pressure, of course, this housing leaks. Not unexpected. This is the 3rd 4.0 V6 I've done the metal housing in. Can't recommend them enough. The last car I did this to was in 2010 and it is still fine.
I am really enjoying Sporty. Drives good, comfortable.
Question .... the stereo asked if I wanted to do a Vehicle Health Check. Is this still an active thing? I seem to recall I did this with a 2012 Lincoln and that was going for a while and haven't seen one in years.
