New mechanic trying to save money

OK this a stupid queston but when changing the wire on plug 1 cyl 1 is it difficult. Does it just snap in or do I need to use force? Any help would be appreciated

If your using a quality set of plugs you should feel a snap as you press the boot into the end of the spark plug. If you don't then you can close the end of the cable with a pair of needle nose pliers or from the outside through the boot. ust be careful not to over do it, or you may not get it on the spark plug unless you then open it up a little. I prefer it to feel tight than loose.
