Hello all,
New to this forum, but am a member at several others. (Fiberglassics -classic fiberglass boats), (Studebaker Drivers Club), and (VTXCafe- Honda VTX motorcycles)
Have visited a few times as a guest to get info on my Explorer(s). Over the years, I have had (5) Explorers.. and currently own 3.
1995 4x4 LTD (daily driver)
1998 4x4 LTD (project/parts)
1998 2wd LTD (son's DD)
My first Explorer was a 1996 Eddie Bauer- loaded. Purchased in 1999 with 29K on the odo. Drove it with little problems until 298K. Used it as a daily driver, travel, and to pull my boat.
With help from this and other forums, I was able to rebuild the front suspension, replace the transfer case, and troubleshoot a few minor electrical problems.
I am the owner or raylinrestoration.com an antique & classic auto restoration shop specializing in Studebaker and Packard- though I've worked on just about everything. (since 1994)
As you can see by my forum memberships- I am interested in Studebakers, Vintage Boats, and Motorcycling. I also hunt and fish, and play pool (billiards).
I hope to be as much help here to others as this forum has been to me.
