New member from Nevada

Bought a 2013 Ruby Red Explorer 4X4 in Las Vegas in March of 2012. Had to special order it since nobody buys 4X4s in Vegas (we get snow in the northern part of the state). I'm still learning how to work all the gadgets!

Welcome. It's funny that every Explorer I looked at was a 4x4 in Vegas. I ended up with a 96 EB 4x4.

4X4s in Vegas?

The people at Friendly Ford where we bought it kept asking why we needed a 4X4. I guess they never get too far away from home. We got snowed in at our house on highway 50 in 2004 and needed a backhoe to dig us out. Why do we need a 4X4? Hmm
