Hey Everybody,

Whoever put together this website rocks!!!! This explorerforum has been really helpful. Yeah......I'm a new member, but I've had my 1999 Ford Explorer Sport for 5 years now. So, I'm no newbie when it comes to Ford Explorer stuff. Anyway.....

I've done a few modifications to my Sport including:

-K&N Air Filter Intake
-Flowmaster Series 40 Exhaust w/modified exhaust tip
-High Performance Spark Plugs & Wires (fixing to replace though)
-Crysteal Clear Headlights & Carbon Fiber Taillights
-2006 Panasonic CD Player 200 watts (Color Screen)
-4 Pioneer 6X8 3-way speakers
-custom fit 10" MTX 6000 Subwoofer & 200 watt Amp (where cargo net goes)
-Blue Diamond Fog Lights(those we're a biatchh installing)
-NR Racing Gauges
-& Other Stuff

Anyway, I'm fixing to do an overhaul on my Explorer, since it is about to hit 100k in miles. I already got new front and rear Monroe-Matic Plus shocks to replace my semi-shot stock shocks & I'll be replacing my well worn 29" BFGOODRICH tires with some new 31" BFGOODRICH tires...maybe I can acutally use my stepbar that way...lol...anyway I also will be getting a new belt, spark plugs, hi-perf. wires, and changing my rear diff. fluid & trans. fluid....is there anything else I should change or replace at a 100K? oh and for high performance spark plugs and wires...does anyone recommend those new iridium spark plugs by DENSO or those Spark Plug Wires by NOLOGY?

welcome.. maby an airfilter oil filter consider switching to synthetic fluids...maby a gas filter..... depends on what kind of condition your truck is in.....could you explain the step bar bit i didnt understand that.

yeah....well, stock ford explorer's are so low to the ground that they don't need a step bar, hence mine came with one....so more often than not, it just gets in the way of getting into the vehicle....if only i could raise my explorer a little...then maybe i can acutally use the step bar for a change
