I have been a member in other forums and have found them very helpful. I have joined today with the hope of finding some help. We have a 2015 XLT Explorer that we have been very happy with. Unfortunately, this morning for some unknown reason, the hatch button on the hatch quit working. The hatch still works with both the interior and remote buttons but nothing happens when the exterior hatch button is pressed. Any ideas?
