Howdy, joining because doing a motor swap and timing chains in a buddies 2002 explorer with the 4.0
Previous engine threw a rod out the side of the block, he found another 2002 motor with 90K on it, but want to do the chains before it goes back in.. Ill have questions, and I have been researching it.
Whats NEEDED to do this job? (special tools? Gaskets? kit somewhere?)
Is the cam tool kit a must?
