Ya I know lol I'm trying to find a good starter pair used hard to find

Looks good. I would highly suggest that you get longer bolts for the shackles. For those lock nuts to work properly, you really should have thread protruding past the nut. I am guessing that you reused the stock bolts. Those looks like the warrior shackles that many purchase. They are supplied with new bolts and nuts to account for the increased material thickness, but if you bought them used you probably didn't get the bolts.

I actually got the specs bought the steel cut them and made them my self and ya I used the stock nuts again...bad idea?

Yeah I would go to some place like Fastenal or an industrial hardware supply and pick up some grade 8 or better bolts and nylon lock nuts. Go about a 1/2 to 3/4" longer than the stock ones. Those stock ones have a good chance of backing off without enough thread in there.

This is the hardware that came with my warrior shackles:

M14x2.0 110mm long G8.8

Zinc Plated M14x2.0 Toplock nut
http://www.fastenal.com/web/products/detail.ex?sku=0124825

You could substitute with Grade 5 or Grade 8 inch hardware. General rule of thumb is to have 2 threads protruding from a nut.

I removed them last fall and have a bolt/nut right here in front of me. It even is marked 'FAST 8.8' on the head so warrior is using fastenal out of the factory.

Awesome thanks for the help
