- 1993 explorer sport
about a month ago my 93 explorer sport was in a minor accident. Afterwards the explorer would not move in any gear. I have replaced the transmission, vacuum modulator, neutral safety switch, and speed sensor. I have also checked the shifter on the side of the transmission and it moves in accordance with the shifter on the steering column. What would cause this to happen and are there any components that could affect the transmission that could have been damaged from the shock of the accident? The explorer also idles roughly and sometimes stalls and the check engine light never comes on. Any advice and help is greatly appreciated.
