Hello everyone my name is Tyler I am new here. I own a black 2005 Ford Explorer xlt 4wd V8. I am currently trying to figure out a solution to why my wheel studs keeping breaking on the rear tires. I also have to figure out replacing my oil pan gasket I don’t want to pull the engine. I also have possible passenger side exhaust manifold leaking again. Currently looking at purchasing a 03 Ford Explorer xlt 2wd V8 with 99,000 miles but drake wants $6000 I think that’s way to high truck is very clean mint from Illinois.

Welcome to this forum! Are the lug nuts over tightened with an impact gun? Try using a torque wrench.
Hi, that’s possible as Goodyear did the inspection last month. I have a friend who’s going to replace the studs next week. Does anyone have any suggestions on replacing the oil pan gasket without pulling engine. I heard the differential and axles have to be removed.

Tyler, welcome.
