Need help Possible wheels/tire out of round?

I am getting a bad vibration around 65mph. I just put on my wheels MB70 (589 style) w/ 31x10.5. I did the TT also. The truck did not vibrate prior. I did have the wheels balanced and rotated with no luck. Does anyone know where I can take them to see if a wheel is out of round or if the tire has a flat spot? Would a bad alignment from the TT cause this 65mph vibration? Sorry for the long post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you didn't get an allignment after the TT then it's for sure it's the allignment. It's funny how the vibration starts at 65 mph and not 55 or 45. It doesn't matter if you're lowered or lifted, it's still 65 mph.
