Got My 31's BFG MT KM'S With 589 eagels 15x8 rims and stock chrome ford center caps. the reduced offset sets the tires out a little more. looks "MEAN" with the BFG's.
Next A BODYLIFT OR A TRAILMASTER 4 INCH SUSP... LIFT.
ALSO I LOVE THE NOISE THE TIRES MAKE, TO ME IT NOW SOUNDS LIKE A REAL 4X4.

SORRY It took so long to get back here been busy at work. SO here it goes took some new pics today i'll post
them when i get them back i also have some pics of my X
before i put on the bfg's i'll post them for a before and after comparision. (SOD40SPORT) I havent had any rubbing even a full lock when i've been 4Wheelin I did
have to do a little trimming on the front fender flares
and the front airdam but other than that no problem.

Whoooa!!! Looks Good! I'm lookin to do the EXACT same thing with my 98XLT. Does it ride any different now? and have ya lost anypower?

Kinnish. The Ride Is A little bumpy a about 5 mph because of the mud tires but once i get going it Rides pretty smooth.
the tires make a lot more noise than my at's. I took it to the beach and shredded some dunes The tires bite really nice. I took it to my sisters ranch in jamul after some rain, she has this dirt road leading up to her house. I got on the bank right next to the road it has alot of adobe clay, i wanted to see how it hanlde the wet and sticky stuff. No problem once i put it in 4w-hi tires spun alittle then the lugs bit and up i went. I love these tires. The wheels have less of an offset than My Stock Ones. Which makes the tires stance wider which i love when i 4-wheelin. My next thing is either a 2-3 inch boady lift or a 4 Inch Trail Master Lift. Any Ideas Anyone? I really don't Know the pros an cons of each one. ANY WAYS I LOVE MY X.

Love the look man but I bet it rides terrible. I have some serious mud terrains on my truck and it really made the truck look like a beast but they were killing it. At 5mph and 35mph... the ride was terrible. Everything began loosening up and my ride home from work was getting obnoxious and brain racking. Those tires love getting off the beaten path though... they got real quiet on gravel and sand but that was about it. Besides that, I really like the way your truck stands with that wide looking wheelbase. Enjoy man... let me know how long you last with those tires and remember... it only gets worse. ;-)

rockymntnhi my 589's have a 3.25 backspacing. i think my stock 16 inch wheels where 4.

Looks cool...

Wait until you wear out this set before you get a lift. Once you lift it with either a body lift or suspension lift you be wanting bigger tires. I did the same thing you did and ended up selling my BFG MTs a few months after I bought them.

Thanks 2001ExpSport , I think i'm going to wait at least till next Fall to get a lift. got to get my zx running engine caught fire. the only other thing i'm going to get for My X is an alignment. My camber is off some. and i may be ditch the mono leaf for a used set of four door leaf packs. and mabey some new shocks. Oh Well moneys only good for spending.

Yea, but I got a great deal on a set of 31s because of it.
