Hello,

I thought I would say hello and introduce myself...well, actually, my ST Adrenalin. ;)

I recently purchased the 2004 Adrenalin with about 110K miles on it. It will be my kids' car eventually and my hunting vehicle now.

From the factory:
2004 Sport Trac Adrenalin
  • 4x4
  • 4.10 Axle
  • Limited Slip Differential
  • Hard Tonneau Cover
  • Side Airbags
  • Bed Extender
  • Leather Interior
  • Dual Power Seats/Heated
  • Crossbars
  • Power Moonroof
  • Chrome Running Boards
  • Silver Birch Metallic Exterior (Monochrome bumpers)
  • Medium Dark Flint Interior

It also came with a slew of recent upgrades installed in the last 5000 miles:
  • Torsion Twist upfront
  • Warrior Shackles (raised just under or about 2")
  • Rancho RS5000 shocks
  • Vision Warrior Wheels
  • Hankook Dynapro MT 32" Tires (LT265/75/R16) (also have original stock Adrenalin chrome wheels/tires)
  • New Fuel Filter
  • New Serpentine Belt
  • New Trans Oil/Filter
  • New Plugs/Wires
  • New Brake Pads/Rotors
  • Dual Muffler Back Exhaust
  • Clear Corner Lights
  • EGR Wind Deflectors
  • Hood Sport Trac Decals

It also came with a bug guard on the front hood, but I have (perhaps temporarily) removed it.

So far, it drives great.

From the forum, I have seen reports of body mounts deteriorating, but I checked mine and they look great. So, for now, I have dodged that bullet. :D

I'll keep a close eye on the forum and the truck to make sure things remain squared away.

Nice find! That is very nice with all the options I like.

Congrats great looking Sport trac

WOW! Very nice! I'm thinking this had to come from a member or lurker from this forum. Definitely seems to have had "pride of ownership". I agree with the removal of the front guard. Just my opinion of coarse. Very Jealous. Welcome

Wow, that looks great! How long until your boy gets it? He's gettin a SWEET first car!!
Thanks.

It is actually for my ... daughters. :D They wanted a truck! A Sport Trac is great because it can haul light loads, is capable off-road, and can easily fit in a garage.:thumbsup:

We are pretty happy with it.

I was looking for a ST for about 6 months, although I wasn't specifically looking for an Adrenalin. When this one came on the market, it was a clear winner in terms of completed maintenance, good looks, and useful upgrades.

I was curious if the previous owner was a member here--I didn't check. However, he certainly selected upgrades that seems to have been selected based on the collective wisdom of the forum (Rancho shocks, Warrior Shackles, etc.).

We'll see if we smoke 'im out. :)

I was just past the idea of getting the cloth switched out for leather. Then you have to put pictures like that and make me want those seats so freakin bad!! Haha you have one clean trac
