No AllData for me...

Hello All!

As the title says, no AllData for me. Two weeks ago, I tried to purchase a subscription to alldatadiy. I could not find a listing for 1999 AWD. I found listings for 2WD and 4WD. So, I e-mailed back and forth with them, finally sending in the VIN to my Explorer.

I just received an e-mail reply. They have verified my VIN, and do not have a listing for a subscription for 1999 AWD Explorer.



Now what? I have a service manual pdf specifically for 1999 Explorer/Mountaineer. I had heard that alldatadiy was a worthwhile investment.
I saw a listing at alldatadiy for 2001 Explorer AWD. Would that be similar enough to the 1999 to be useful? I have no idea what changed from 1999 to 2001.

Should I just get the 1999 4WD subscription, and rely on the service manual for the AWD?

I am open to any and all suggestions.

For 1999 they have 4WD and AWD listed both under 4WD. If you select 4WD you will see the 5.0L engine option under it.

If it really bothers you just use the 2001 AWD profile.
