No heat

Have a 94 with no heat , but the fan is blowing cold air. Any ideas ? Seemed to go after air conditioning was turned on.

Maybe the blend door broke, not sure but anyway a bump for you.

not real sure but does it have the vacum operated valve in the heater hose right off the heater core? right where the heater hoses come through the firewall? just a thought im still new to these fords
