Hi my name is Steve,
Having Problems with a 99 ford Explorer Sport. Have flushed the system replaced the thermostat and water pump. Had heat for awhile and then no heat at all. Upper radiator hose is hot, lower is warm. I can squeeze the Upper heater hose and then get some heat for a very short period. Was told possibly the heat control valve, located near water pump on outlet of heater hose was malfunctioning. It may appear to be working but could be faulty inside - not visible. I'm at wits end.
