I have a friend that has a 2004 explorer. I have replaced one blend door already and now the thing is bad again, I think. I returned the other one and recieved a new one so I plugged it in and it does not move. Shouldn't this turn when plugged in? I am at a loss for answers and she would like to have air not that it is starting to warm up. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Just to explain a little more: it started with the clicking or clunking sound and got nothing but cold air ( mid-december). Now there is no clunking but just hot air now that the temperature is getting warmer. I am in desperate need for help!!!!!!

Another faulty blend door actuator. I bit the bullet and went to the dealer and 52.00's later I have now fixed the problem. The second one I got from dorman I plugged in before install and it didn't do anything. So before you start this project just go to the dealer and get the right working part the first time.
