Need some help. New year has been jacked up. Dead battery at work, get it jumped and replaced battery. Everything works but remote start. I have reset the BMS, no dtc codes, hood ajar is working correctly, removed positive feed from new battery for 20m to reset. Still not working. What else can I do? I do not want to take to dealership.

You'll need to reset the battery monitoring module, you can do this in FORScan.

It's the negative battery cable that should be removed for reset. Not the positive one. Also, after a battery replacement the vehicle should be left undisturbed for 8 hours.
From your manual;
"When a battery replacement is required, the battery should be replaced
with a Ford recommended replacement battery that matches the
electrical requirements of the vehicle. After battery replacement, or in
some cases after charging the battery with an external charger, the BMS
requires eight hours of vehicle sleep time (key off with doors closed) to
relearn the new battery state of charge. Prior to relearning state of
charge, the BMS may disable electrical features (to protect the battery)
earlier than normal."

Not saying this will cure your issue.
