I got this weird noise in the front end. Hard to describe, sorta like a click noise.

It only clicks once or twice when Im doing something like moving forward, then backing up.

Sounds like its coming from the passenger side. I replaced the ujoint, but it still makes that noise.

what year and model? im gonna say sway bar links and/or ball joints.

i just replace the links and upper and lower ball joints on mine. while the crickitty noise stopped a little, its still there. i know the click you mean, mine was the sway bar links. my front end is awesome now, with new links and ball joints.

Look to the left of his post chickennuggets...its a '97 XLT AWD V8

ya, its not a crickety noise, the ball joint problem is when it sounds like you have a bad shock..... I'll checkout the bar links and see if thats it.

are your wheels straight, or are you turning?

i think it may veer to the right a bit.

Not what i meant, are you sharply turning when you hear the click noise?

spindlecone -- i get a type of noise when i am turning kind of hard and go over a bump to make my suspension articulate -- got any information for me?
