not a good noise..

best way to describe it is going up the first big hill on a rollercoaster, the noise the chain makes, the clank, clank, clank.... it does this below 20mph. if i let off the gas pedal and coast.. its not good and me nor my brother can figure this out help plz guys..

I'm gonna guess the timing chain tensioner. Either the tensioner itself may be bad or it is not getting enough oil pressure to keep the chain tight. I guess the chain could have stretched beyond what the tensioner can handle, but that seems unlikely.
 






I think it is from inside the transmission.
Inside it is a mecanical "diode" that allows free speening of the wheels when you lift the foot from the gas pedal. That is almost identical with the mechanical diode used to keep the roller-coaster safe (in event that the motor that pulls it up stops).

okay how loud would that be? like driving.. cause it sounds like its coming front the front of the car..
 






pretty sure its the u-joints.. driveshaft has like a foot of play..
