97 Mountaineer
Here is some pics of my project. It is a 2000 Ford Excursion with the infamous 7.3 powerstroke engine. I am building a full custom 4 link with coil springs and 2.5 ton rockwell axles. It has angle iron welded in where the springs will be going so we could determine ride hieght. It is far from done but coming along very nicely. I just bought a 97 mountaineer as a dd but it will probobly be getting the same treatment soon enough.

Keep us updated on this project.
So far its looking good.

Thanks man I will keep hte updates coming.

BTW those are 44's on the truck now. They look a little small. Im thinking I might want to run a 56" tractor tire.

Yeah, I'd think some 56" tires would look a lot better.

Just realized this section is not for works in progress. Not sure where I should post it. If a mod could please move it to the appropriate section that would be great. Thanks
