not shifting and o/d light flashs

I got a ford ranger which has a 4r44e transmission it is automatic i had it rebuilt and now it seems like it isn't shifting and i had it put on the computer said all the solenoids is stuck well i got a new torque converter and put in it and got the epc solenoids because 2 of the sloenoids is brand new could somebody tell me what could the problem be should i get the 4 shift solenoids or are they a way to get them un stuck

ok i just had my truck put back on the computer and it says that solenoid is stuck the code was PO761
