Np-205 yoke adapt np205 to stock driveline? Front awd dif question.

Hello everybody. I need help figuring out what my best option is for my driveline situation. I have a new process-205 behind a zf-5 speed transmission swapped in to my 1996 explorer 4 door. My stock driveshafts don't match up to the yokes on the 205. I could get the correct yokes for the transfer case to match up to the original driveshafts, have my driveshaft modified, or have custom driveshafts made. Part of me leans towards the yokes for the simple factor, the slip on the axle looks like it is about where it would have been from the factory. And I don't plan on any off roading immediately with my ifs. Another part of me is concerned about the possibility of twisting the stock drivelines. I plan on Dana 44 solid axle swap in the future, 35's or 37's. For now I'm just trying to get it up and driving again.

Also my 1995 explorer has 4wd and the front driveshaft has vacuum for? Engaging the diff? My 1996 awd v8 appears to be fixed all the time?

I misread the post, edit out the drive shaft flange portion

The 95 front diff is indeed vacuum controlled. Does this fit under the V8? If it does, use it. The front will spin freely in 2wd with it.
