Just had the manafold seals replaced (engine warning light on) told a error message on computer meaning warning light may come back on, now 2 days later light is on again! and would be the o2 sensor is this expensive?
pls let me know.
thanks.....
If you can, I would get the trouble codes read. Auto parts stores here in the US sometimes read the codes for you for free. That way you can find out exactly what is causing the trouble.
You may also try resetting the computer (erases the codes) by disconnecting the battery for about an hour. If the check engine light does not come back on, then there isn't a problem. If it comes back, definitely get the codes read somewhere.
If it is O2 sensors, you'll probably see more symptoms. You can pick up new O2 sensors in the US for about $50 through www.fordpartsnetwork.com.
