I have a 97 Ranger that had the same codes. The truck sputtered and stalled on me and got worse over time. I had o2 sensor replaced, EVAP work, MAF work, etc. Nobody was able to figure it out until...
It turned out to be the lower intake gasket. Works GREAT now.
