Hey you guys and/or gals,
I have a 1994 Explorer 4wd automatic tranny. I've been trying to locate the octane adjust bar. saw some good posts with pictures, but my xplr doesn't seem to have it. I did notice a couple of loose wires in the harness where the code reader plugs in. I was wondering if I could just connect those wires to each other without the shorting bar. Wouldn't that be the same?
