I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with changing the gasket? I have noticed a very small leak around the oil filter mount and I believe its the gasket. Is this something that is fairly easy to replace myself? Theres not much room to repair this part so is there any easier way to access the mount to replace the gasket??? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I had a slight weeping from my filter mount. i found that the bolt thro thr centre was slightly loose (19mm maybe). Tightened up and problem solved.
When i stripped the engine down to partially rebuild i removed the mount and IIRC there is no gasket just a large o ring that sits in a groove. If you remove the filter then check the hook shape on the mount is in the correct position (this prevents the mount from spinning whilst tightening) then you can just tighten the bolt.

I've not figured out a way to get a wrench up in there to tighten mine. It's been leaking for about 7 or 8 years now. Every time it's in a shop (usually for tire issues), some mechanic who didn't follow the oil trail back up the side of the motor insists on telling me I have a rear main leak... Morons.

If you can figure out what size it is and how to get a wrench on it, please let me know ASAP!
