Oil filter mount leaking

How does the mount attach to the engine? This seems to be the last area of major leakage on my 91. Simple tightening of a bolt or two?

Mine has leaked for years - not a big leak, but a small oozing of oil. Enough to keep the side of the block damp.

I've been meaning to fix it, but keep thinking that someday (soon?) I will put a new engine in.

there is an O ring in there, on some trucks you have to drop the exhaust to get the mount out
