Oil Life Monitor Glitch

So my brand new Explorer just hit 1000 miles yesterday. Prior to this at around 500 miles when oil life indicator hit 96% it changed to 0%. I reset it and again at 96% it displays 0%. I checked the FordPass app and it still displays 96% accurately but every time I check the instrument panel it says zero. Anyone else familiar with this problem? Any ideas? There are no other warnings or indication of any problems with the vehicle.

There are no other reports of this happening. Take it to the dealer.
