oil pan gasket question

Hey all. I'm working on changing the oil in my 02 Explorer XLT 4x4 for the first time. Thought it might be worth the extra work to save a few bucks. I noticed that it looks like I'm leaking a bit of oil through the oil pan gasket. Nothing is dripping, but there is definitely oil in that area. Is this a pretty easy fix for a DIY? What is involved in this repair and about how much am I looking at paying if I take it to a shop to have it done? Thanks for the help. If anyone has pics from doing this themselves, that would be very helpful.

If its 2wd all you have to remove is a crossmember and the antiroll bar. 4wd is a different story, you have to remove the front axle, not difficult, but it's quite time consuming..
