I believe the engine crossmember is the same between models. It's also rather welded to the frame too.

If you're looking to lower it, you need a 2WD Ranger crossmember.

IIRC, earlier ones are simply riveted in place (but you'd still have to cut yours out if it's welded)

Don't forget about explorer drop beams.. they do exist..

Ah... didn't know that (I've known Ranger ones exist though). I would think you could get another 2" drop out of the Ranger setup since it's lower to start with, but admittedly I haven't checked to be sure.
