?? on wheel upgrade

The 96 2wd explorer I just got has some hideous wheels on it and is need of new tires. I looked for a set of stock style wheels and have only been able to find the steel spare wheels locally which would be ok with me. But I thought of looking at larger stock style wheels and found a set of 17 inch wheels from a 2008 sport trac. Will they fit the 96?

Yes they will fit. But how well I'm not sure of, I have some aluminum 15's I'll sale lol.

They will fit, but they'll tuck farther inside the wheelwells and look really goofy.
